So now I have a phase with a pencil to draw and here again a portrait of a celebrity.

Well what does the celebrity, married or engaged to the ex-wife of Bruce Willis, has been engaged in various Hollywood comedies to see.

And he makes or has made a series in which he Hollywood Star thorough rear light, the series is called "Punk` d ". They might be german series "accidentally it fun".

well done!
i really like the facial expression

great contrast
only the shirt looks a bit too stiff IMO
and maybe the shading on the nose could be a little more smooth.
otherwise ...great drawing

The nose look like out of the center, turned to the left, and there are some other little details that you need check. The eyes look a bit off, with some little bright could be better. Keep working!

But still you are getting there

The hair is nice, you have captured some of the lighting also facial expression good work.
Also clothing ..
